Orwig Property Management has a NO PET policy!
All rentals are subject to a 1 year lease.
A one month security deposit is required upon approval of a credit check and eviction search.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept checks or money orders. We do not accept Debit / Credit cards of any kind.
The security deposit is due on the day of the Lease signing.
Rent must be paid ON or BEFORE the first of every month.
Late Rent - Any tenant who does not pay their rent by the 1st of the month will be subject to a late charge of 5% of your rent plus another $1.00 for each additional day that the rent is late. The late fees specified are reasonable estimations of the losses the landlord will suffer as a result of late payment of rent.
Returned Check Charge - Tenants will be charged $10.00 for any check returned for insufficient funds. In addition to the $10.00 charge you will be charged the above described late fees until payment isrecieved.
UTILITY INFORMATION
All utilities not included in the lease as paid by Orwig Property Management MUST be turned on in the tenants name before you receive the keys to the property.
